If you feel that your experience with OUR Place has not met your expectations or that an issue needs to be addressed, we encourage you to share your concerns with us.

Our Commitment

We believe that addressing grievances promptly and fairly is essential to maintaining trust and accountability within our community. Our grievance process is designed to ensure that all concerns are handled with care, respect, and confidentiality.

How to Submit a Grievance

If you have a concern, please follow these steps:

  1. Speak Directly: If comfortable, share your concern with the individual involved or a staff member on-site. Many issues can be resolved through open communication.

  2. Contact Leadership: If the issue remains unresolved, or if you prefer, you can submit your concern in writing to the Grievance Officer or another member of leadership.

  4. Escalation: If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, it may be escalated to the Board of Directors for further review.

What Happens Next

  1. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your grievance within [insert timeframe, e.g., 3 business days].

  2. Investigation: A thorough review of your concern will be conducted by the appropriate parties.
